Requirements
- BSN or 5+ years of comparable experience in an ASC
- Texas RN license
- BCLS, ACLS or ability to obtain within one year of hire date
- 2+ years of experience with management in perioperative or endoscopy settings
- Proven computer skills; working knowledge of Word, Power Point
Nice To Haves
- MSN
- CNOR
- Ambulatory Surgery Center experience
- AAAHC preparation experience
- Computer skills; working knowledge of Word, Power Point
Responsibilities
- Provides leadership in daily clinical operations of the Operating Room, Pain, and Central Sterile Processing Department, in accordance with established State rules and regulations, and AAAHC standards for ambulatory surgical facilities
- Develops and enforces compliance with ASC policies and procedures
- Works closely with the providers, ASC Director, Clinical-Quality Manager, other Nurse Managers, Supervisors, and Coordinators, ASC Business Office Manager, ASC Educators, Staff, and Medical Staff Leadership
