Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in nonprofit accounting, outsourced services, consulting, operations, or public accounting
  • Demonstrated experience supporting nonprofit clients, including knowledge of grant compliance and restricted funding environments
  • Experience managing or coordinating complex client engagements, projects, or workstreams
  • Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting systems implementations or process redesign initiatives
  • Familiarity with nonprofit operational models and compliance requirements
  • Exposure to AI tools and governance concepts (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT)
  • Experience contributing to change management initiatives
  • Background in outsourced services or consulting environments
  • Experience working with external auditors, brokers, or advisors
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Experience supporting pricing, scoping, or proposal development efforts

Responsibilities

  • Manage delivery of nonprofit (NFP) operations outsourcing engagements, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction
  • Support execution of NFP outsourcing service offerings, delivery frameworks, and governance standards
  • Lead day‑to‑day program management for client engagements, including scope, timelines, deliverables, and risk tracking
  • Support change management initiatives for NFP clients, including stakeholder coordination, communications, and adoption planning
  • Assist with systems conversions and operating‑model redesign efforts, including coordination of technology implementations
  • Support development and application of AI governance and responsible‑use policies for client operations
  • Coordinate insurance procurement activities for NFP clients, including gathering requirements and supporting quote evaluation
  • Act as a point of contact with client stakeholders, auditors, brokers, and advisors on operational initiatives
  • Partner with internal cross‑functional teams to ensure timely information flow and execution of outsourced services
  • Contribute to business development activities, including prospect meetings, solution scoping, and pricing support
  • Help design and refine workflows, internal controls, onboarding processes, and delivery standards
  • Monitor engagement performance and report progress, risks, and milestones to senior leadership
