EquipmentShare is seeking a Manager, National Account Coordinators to join their team in Las Vegas, NV. This role involves leading and managing the National Account Coordinator team, developing processes, setting performance goals, and overseeing the coordination of rental orders for national customers. Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the daily performance of the National Account Coordinator team.
  • Develop, implement, and refine processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the coordinator team.
  • Set performance goals, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide ongoing coaching and development.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
  • Oversee the end-to-end coordination of rental orders, including logistics, billing, and off-rents for national customers.
  • Collaborate with National Account Managers to ensure a cohesive and supportive approach to managing customer relationships.
  • Train coordinators on company software, best practices, and national account procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze team KPIs, such as response time, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction, to drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports on team productivity and national account support activities to leadership.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry and maintenance of customer information in the CRM system.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new national account customers.
  • Foster a customer-centric, collaborative, and positive team environment.
  • Manage team scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and support for all national accounts.
