Requirements

  • Proven expertise in merchandising and category management with strong financial forecasting skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and leverage business intelligence to drive category performance and strategic decisions.
  • Experience managing profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities and developing actionable financial plans.
  • Strong capability in feature and promotion management using historical data and market insights.
  • Skilled in collaborating cross-functionally to align forecasts and influence business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and fostering a high-performing team environment.
  • Proficient in communicating financial results and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and 2 years’ experience in retail, merchandising, forecasting, or related area.
  • OR 4 years’ experience in retail, merchandising, forecasting, or related area.
