About The Position

Hard Rock Digital is seeking a Manager - Media Strategy & Planning to support the development, execution, and evolution of our media investment strategy, specifically across our iGaming products. This role will support the full media activation strategy for major brand campaigns, ensuring media plans are thoughtfully designed, rigorously tested, and tightly integrated with brand, creative, and performance objectives. This position reports directly to the Senior Director, Media Planning & Strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA a plus)
  • 6-10 years of progressive experience in media strategy, with a strong background in the real money gaming industry.
  • Deep experience across brand and performance media, with a proven ability to balance both effectively.
  • Experience partnering closely with Creative, Analytics, and Integrated Marketing teams, with a deep understanding of performance marketing and brand storytelling.
  • Deep passion for casino or gaming culture, with a finely tuned understanding of iGaming audiences and how to communicate effectively with them.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, collaborative mindset, and a deep desire to innovate and make an impact.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous iGaming/Online Casino experience, particularly on the operator side, is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end media activation strategy for all brand marketing campaigns for our iGaming products alongside the Senior Director.
  • Design and deliver innovative, insight-driven media strategy and plans that elevate brand impact while driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal and external teams such as Brand Marketing, Creative, Analytics, User Acquisition, and Insights to support the formation of a holistic communications planning process across the marketing organization.
  • Provide oversight and management of partner media agencies as it relates to media strategy & planning in addition to auditing media buys to ensure strategic channel allocation and placements.
  • Support media channel tests across all major marketing objectives including Brand awareness and consideration, customer acquisition efficiency, and customer retention and lifetime value impacts.
  • Analyze test results and collaborate with Senior Director on translating results into clear recommendations that influence future media investment and creative strategy.
  • Develop best-in-class media and creative trafficking plans that ensure flawless execution across all channels in collaboration with user acquisition channel leads.
  • Support the establishment of clear processes, governance, and quality standards for media activation and creative deployment.
