Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering Resource and Development Manager (ME R&D) reports to and supports the Senior Mechanical Engineering Manager.
- Leads the OTECH Mechanical Engineering Department.
- Department includes Mechanical Engineers, Designers, Structural Analysts, and Manufacturing Engineers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of approximately 12 direct reports.
- Coordinate and track training across the entire department.
- Manage and monitor departmental work assignments.
