As part of the Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) team, you’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality, affordable systems to our customers. From supplier management to program execution, GSCM ensures safety, security, and sustainability while driving efficiency and effectiveness across all program phases. As a Material Program Manager (MPM), you’ll lead and influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, collaborating with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain functions to meet program objectives. This role requires you to manage complex supply chain strategies, mitigate risks, and oversee subcontractor performance, all while ensuring alignment with program goals and customer requirements.

Requirements

A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
Experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Operations, Engineering, Quality, or Program/Project Management.
Experience with MRP/ERP systems (special program access or equivalent manufacturing programs).
Must obtain MPM certification level 4 within 1 year of hire.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Active and existing security clearance required after day 1
DoD Clearance: Top Secret

Nice To Haves

Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to successfully manage budgets and resolving complex issues to meet program objectives and deadlines.
Experience in a Matrix organizational structure.
Knowledge of government acquisition regulations (e.g., FAR/DFARS) and supplier negotiations.
Active and transferable Secret Clearance
U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain higher clearance level or program access after start.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute material program plans and subcontract management plans as applicable.
Create and implement risk and opportunity management plans to address program responsibilities and mitigation strategies.
Conduct quarterly financial management reviews using Earned Value Management (EVM) through the Estimate at Complete (EAC) process.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to develop and maintain schedules based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
Lead financial planning efforts, including budgeting, financial management, and cost-reduction opportunities.
Monitor performance metrics and proactively resolve program and functional issues.
Support gate reviews, EAC reviews, program reviews, and risk and opportunity management reviews.
Oversee subcontractor performance and execution.
Ensure compliance with all program requirements, including cost, schedule, and quality metrics.
