The Manager, Content Systems (Advertising Help Center) supports the systems, processes, and governance that power Walmart Connect's external knowledge platform. This role helps maintain the single source of truth for approved product marketing content, ensuring information is accurate, organized, discoverable, and accessible within the Advertising Help Center. This role partners closely with Product Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to manage content workflows, optimize content management systems, and improve the user experience across Walmart Connect's external knowledge platform. The ideal candidate brings a blend of content management expertise, technical writing skills, operational rigor, and project management capabilities.
