About The Position

Join Salesforce's Marketing M&A Strategy & Integration team and help shape how acquired companies become part of Salesforce's business and go-to-market ecosystem. The role supports marketing due diligence, develops go-to-market strategies, and helps drive integration of acquired businesses. It works closely with Corporate Development, Marketing, Sales, Product, Finance, and acquired-company leadership to evaluate opportunities, develop integration plans, and execute initiatives. This is a cross-functional role combining strategic thinking, business analysis, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, comfortable with ambiguity, and interested in developing expertise across the M&A lifecycle. The position involves supporting marketing due diligence for potential acquisitions; assessing marketing performance and growth opportunities; preparing recommendations and executive-ready materials; and supporting go-to-market strategies for acquired companies. The manager owns assigned marketing integration workstreams, coordinates cross-functional activities, supports operating-model and resource-planning decisions, manages integration risks, and maintains plans and executive updates. The role also helps improve Marketing M&A processes, tools, and integration frameworks while managing competing priorities across multiple acquisitions. Travel may be up to 15%, and the candidate must collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
