With flagship customers like LA Metro, Caltrain, Berkeley, Ann Arbor, Beverly Hills and Washington DC, they're rapidly scaling and preparing for multi-city expansion in 2026–2027. This role offers the exciting opportunity to lead a team with real-world impact, owning the day-to-day performance and development of a field technician team keeping Thrones across New York City running at the highest standards. You will work on cutting-edge infrastructure combining IoT, solar power, smart plumbing, HVAC, and waste management systems, gaining exposure to highly interdisciplinary operational challenges. You will also help establish and improve field service processes, scheduling infrastructure, and operational workflows during a key growth phase for the company, all within a highly collaborative environment where you'll partner closely with Software, Engineering, Design, and central Tech Ops teams to deliver structured field feedback that drives product and process improvements.
