As a Manager Market Access Strategy & Pull through, you will be experienced and highly strategic manager of Access Marketing to join our dynamic team. This individual will lead and drive pull through of the market access opportunities for the Abbott’s Diabetes portfolio . Pull through on existing access opportunities and new product launches assuring alignment across the commercial organization. This role will lead the development and execution of payer and access marketing strategies and pull through tactics aimed at securing, maintaining, and optimizing product access. This is an onsite opportunity in Alameda, CA. What You'll Do This individual will serve as a key business partner to support and drive various corporate, brand, and market access initiatives. This role will lead the development and execution of payer and access marketing strategies and pull through tactics aimed at securing, maintaining, and optimizing product access. Lead the development and implementation of access marketing tactics and pull-through resources. This includes materials for teams calling on payers or health care providers Develop account-specific tactical recommendations based on customer type, business needs, and competitive landscape, ensuring timely and profitable access Partner within Market Access & Patient services and other cross-functional commercial partners, including: brand leadership, commercial operations, and HEOR, medical, Regulatory, Patient Services, Finance, Trade, Account Management to ensure alignment of payer marketing strategies with overall business objectives
