About The Position

The Manufacturing Operations Manager directs the manufacture of prescription eyewear in a high volume, mixed model environment. Leads supervisors and production teams to successfully achieve daily performance goals and objectives established by facility leaders. Maintains a safe working environment and promotes a culture of associate engagement that provides opportunities for growth and advancement. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6+ years of experience in related field
  • Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
  • Knowledge of strategic planning
  • Knowledge of human resource management principles and procedures
  • Knowledge of basic economic and accounting principles and practices
  • Knowledge of office administrative procedures
  • Proficient in relevant software applications
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good judgment and decision making skills
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Problem analysis and problem solving skills
