Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field of study.
  • 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, or related experience.
  • 1 year of reliability engineering experience
  • Experience with implementing and managing a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
  • Automation and Manufacturing Operations experience
  • Manufacturing Quality systems and standards
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, troubleshoot, and remediate issues found during testing
  • Technical authorship

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates daily and long-term business requirements and ensures equipment is in a state of readiness to meet required output.
  • Create and implement of change controls and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operation equipment.
  • Monitor product quality standards and SQtPP (Safety, Quality, Identity, Potency, and Purity) of the product and ensure quality guidelines and timelines are met.
  • Serve as Project Manager for engineering and CAPEX projects.
  • Provide adequate risk management and life-cycle reliability of equipment.
  • Prepare and handle engineering budgets and track financials for projects/budget, report status.
