About The Position

Join our team as a Labeling Operations Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where you'll contribute to global healthcare and scientific advancement. In this leadership role, you'll be responsible to build and direct a team of project managers, systems specialists, and design professionals to manage print-on-demand label operations for the Filtration & Separation Division. As a global leader, you'll have responsibility for the deployment & administration of a global labeling solution for the division. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with global operations, and provide leadership for a global systems platform for the division.

Requirements

  • Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in operations or related fields.
  • Preferred Fields of Study: Engineering (Packaging, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, etc...) or related STEM field of study (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Related scientific discipline).
  • 2+ years of people management/leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for process improvement initiatives.
  • Advanced communication skills for interfacing with internal teams and external customers.
  • Experience with print-on-demand labeling solutions, with a preference for Loftware solutions.
  • Proven track record in implementing cost-saving and efficiency improvements.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Experience with change management and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to drive operational excellence.
  • Strong understanding of packaging and labeling processes, materials, and industry requirements.
  • Experience with documentation and SOP compliance in regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
