About The Position

Lead, supervise, and schedule maintenance staff to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with quality and company standards. Ensure maintenance personnel are properly equipped and trained, including the use of PPE, tools, and safety protocols. Optimize preventive maintenance programs and drive improvements in predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime while minimizing costs. Serve as the primary technical expert and troubleshooter for equipment and production machinery issues. Manage all facility-related maintenance activities including electrical, plumbing, roofing, carpentry, and general repairs. Oversee setup and breakdown of facility spaces for events and operational needs. Conduct quality control checks on maintenance work to ensure compliance with standards. Coordinate and prioritize work orders with other departments, promoting collaboration and clear communication across teams. Support achievement of plant-wide and departmental performance goals. Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements and maintain effective working relationships with union personnel. Address personnel issues, investigate concerns, and recommend corrective actions when needed. Maintain a visible presence on the production floor and be available to respond to emergencies, including off-hours if necessary. Lead root cause analyses for equipment failures and implements corrective actions to prevent recurring downtime.
