About The Position

The Manager, M&A Integration is responsible for leading the operational integration of acquired businesses from transaction close through full operational stabilization. This role serves as the central integration leader responsible for coordinating business units, driving accountability, and ensuring acquired companies are successfully embedded into Net at Work's operating model. Rather than simply managing a 60–90 day transition, this role remains engaged until integration objectives have been achieved and the business is operating independently within Net at Work's standards, processes, systems, and culture. Working closely with executive leadership, Finance, Operations, IT, People & Learning (Human Resources), Customer Success, Sales, Legal, Marketing, and Professional Services, the Manager drives execution of integration plans while proactively identifying risks, removing roadblocks, and ensuring strategic initiatives remain on schedule. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, possesses exceptional organizational and communication skills, and can influence leaders across the organization without direct reporting authority.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and build credibility across all levels of an organization.
  • Technology services, managed services, consulting, SaaS, or private equity-backed experience preferred.
