About The Position

The Manager, Logistics Data Analytics leads a team responsible for Kontoor Brands’ supply chain visibility platform, Infor Nexus, and logistics analytics. This role is the business owner of Infor Nexus, overseeing configuration, in-system reporting, user support, and the prioritized backlog of changes delivered with IT and the platform vendor. The Manager also leads the development of Power BI and analytics solutions, partnering with IT data engineers on enterprise data warehouse data to deliver shipment visibility, logistics performance insights, and decision-ready reporting for Logistics and the broader Supply Network organization. Working in an agile delivery model, this leader coaches logistics data analysts, directs matrixed IT resources, and drives measurable improvements in logistics visibility, data quality, and decision-making. The team is expected to grow as capabilities mature.

Requirements

Experience in supply chain or logistics analytics, systems, or operations.
Experience as a key user, administrator, or product owner of a supply chain visibility or logistics platform.
Experience leading people or teams, including directing matrixed IT or vendor resources.
Experience working in agile delivery teams, ideally as a product owner.
Strong Power BI, data modeling, and SQL skills.
Experience partnering with data engineering teams on an enterprise data warehouse.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Supply Chain, or another relevant area.
Leadership abilities in coaching and developing analysts and directing IT and vendor resources without formal authority.
Logistics domain knowledge, including shipments, carriers, milestones, ASN/EDI flows, and tracing data issues to their source.
Agile product ownership skills, including backlog management, prioritization, and coordination with vendors and IT.
Communication and influencing skills, including explaining complex systems and processes clearly and persuading stakeholders based on findings.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Infor Nexus; experience with E2open, SAP, Blue Yonder, project44, or a similar platform is also considered.
Agile product owner certification, such as PSPO or CSPO.
Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300), or equivalent BI experience.

Responsibilities

Own Infor Nexus as the business system owner and lead key user; oversee configuration, milestone and tracking setup, in-system reports, user support, and process changes to maintain accurate shipment, carrier, and milestone visibility.
Own and prioritize the Infor Nexus and logistics analytics backlog; lead agile ceremonies with IT and the platform vendor, represent the business in meetings about system changes and integrations, and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
Oversee development and ongoing management of Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and analyses covering shipment visibility, ETA accuracy, carrier performance, logistics KPIs, and exceptions.
Partner with IT data engineers to source and model data from Infor Nexus and other systems in the enterprise data warehouse.
Lead, coach, and develop direct reports; direct matrixed IT resources; set goals and priorities; build logistics and technical capabilities; and plan for team growth.
Identify and resolve data-quality gaps across shipment, milestone, ASN, EDI, carrier, and logistics-provider data.
Partner with IT, technology providers, carriers, and logistics partners to address root causes, standardize KPI definitions, and reduce manual and duplicate reporting.
Work with Logistics and Supply Network stakeholders to understand operational challenges, translate business needs into requirements, and deliver scalable solutions that improve visibility and decision-making.
