About The Position

The Manager, Logistics Data Analytics leads a team responsible for Kontoor Brands’ supply chain visibility platform, Infor Nexus, and logistics analytics. As business owner of Infor Nexus, the manager owns platform configuration, in-system reporting, and the prioritized backlog of changes delivered with IT and the platform vendor. The role also oversees Power BI and analytics solutions, partnering with IT data engineers on enterprise data warehouse data to provide shipment visibility, logistics performance insights, and decision-ready reporting for Logistics and the broader Supply Network organization.

Working in an agile delivery model, the manager coaches logistics data analysts, directs matrixed IT resources, and drives improvements in logistics visibility, data quality, and decision-making. The team is expected to grow as its capabilities mature.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Supply Chain, or another relevant area.
• Experience in supply chain or logistics analytics, systems, or operations.
• Experience as a key user, administrator, or product owner of a supply chain visibility or logistics platform; Infor Nexus is preferred, while E2open, SAP, Blue Yonder, project44, or similar platforms are considered.
• Experience leading people or teams, including directing matrixed IT or vendor resources.
• Experience working in agile delivery teams, ideally as a product owner.
• Power BI or BI development experience and experience partnering with data engineering teams.
• Strong Power BI, data modeling, and SQL skills.
• Logistics domain knowledge covering shipments, carriers, milestones, ASN/EDI flows, and tracing data issues to their source.
• Ability to coach and develop analysts and direct IT and vendor resources without formal authority.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, including explaining complex systems and processes clearly and persuading stakeholders based on findings.

Nice To Haves

• Infor Nexus platform experience.
• Agile product owner certification, such as PSPO or CSPO.
• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) certification or equivalent BI experience.
• Experience serving as a product owner in an agile delivery team.

Responsibilities

• Own Infor Nexus as business system owner, including configuration, milestone and tracking setup, in-system reports, user support, and process changes.
• Own and prioritize the Infor Nexus and logistics analytics backlog; lead agile ceremonies with IT and the platform vendor, represent business needs in meetings about system changes, EDI/ASN integrations, SAP interfaces, and new capabilities, and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Oversee development and ongoing management of Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and analyses for shipment visibility, ETA accuracy, carrier performance, logistics KPIs, and exceptions.
• Partner with IT data engineers to source and model Infor Nexus and other system data in the enterprise data warehouse.
• Lead, coach, and develop direct reports; set goals and priorities, build logistics and technical capabilities, direct matrixed IT resources, and plan for team growth.
• Identify and resolve data-quality gaps across shipment, milestone, ASN, EDI, carrier, and logistics-provider data; work with partners to address root causes, standardize KPI definitions, and reduce manual and duplicate reporting.
• Partner with Logistics and Supply Network stakeholders to understand operational challenges, translate business needs into requirements, and deliver scalable solutions that improve visibility and informed decision-making.
