About The Position

Crusoe Cloud is establishing a dedicated logistics and asset-management function to support growth across its global production footprint. The Manager, Logistics & Asset Management will design and standardize logistics, spares, inventory, and asset-tracking processes across Crusoe Cloud sites, from deployment through hardware decommissioning, and build a cross-site operating model that reliably supports 24/7 white-space operations. This is a builder role focused on defining logistics and asset-management practices for a growing, geographically distributed fleet. The manager will connect site-level execution with factory and supply-chain operations. The role reports to the Director, Cloud Site Operations and has a dotted-line functional relationship with each site's Logistics Coordinator. It sets shared processes, tools, and performance standards, while Site Managers retain day-to-day direction and performance management of their local coordinators. The role is based in Bellevue, Washington; San Francisco, California; or Denver, Colorado, with regular travel to Crusoe Cloud production sites globally. Compensation is up to $160,000–$195,000, plus bonus; Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation depends on applicants' knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market alignment.
