The Lifecycle Execution Manager is responsible for leading the execution of email and SMS marketing programs, ensuring campaigns and triggered journeys are delivered with excellence, accuracy, and efficiency. This role translates lifecycle strategy and marketing briefs into high-quality customer communications, while leading a team and establishing best-in-class executional processes. Successful individuals will leverage their proficiency in managing end-to-end execution of email and SMS campaigns and triggered programs, ensuring accuracy, QA, and on-time delivery across all sends, and coordinating cross-functional workflows and external partners. They will also lead the briefing process, ensure alignment with lifecycle and marketing strategies, and establish and maintain execution standards and SLAs. Additionally, they will optimize processes to improve speed, efficiency, and quality, lead the development of Lifecycle creative briefs, ensuring alignment with brand voice, audience insights, platform best practices, and campaign objectives. They will partner with creative, marketing, and channel teams to produce compelling assets tailored for segments, and ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all channels and touchpoints. This role also involves facilitating creative reviews and feedback loops to optimize asset performance and storytelling, managing and developing a team of execution specialists, providing coaching and building platform and lifecycle capabilities, and prioritizing workload and managing resourcing. Finally, they will lead weekly post-campaign reporting and insights, identify optimization opportunities and testing hypotheses, and partner with analytics and strategy teams to improve performance.
