About The Position

This role will focus on managing projects and priorities independently while rolling up their sleeves to build content, maintain LMS platforms, facilitate training, and drive measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate is a self-directed L&D professional who thrives without direct reports, brings strong instructional design skills, and excels at building relationships with brand teams, operations partners, and franchisees in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, training coordination, or instructional design (franchise experience preferred).
  • Experience with a Learning Management platform.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver exceptional results.
  • Experience designing learning within multiple modalities (e.g., ILT, eLearning, video, job aids, etc.).
  • Experience facilitating in-person and virtual training classes.
  • Experience leading team members in building content in LMS.
  • Ability to cultivate/build relationships and work collaboratively with internal partners and external vendors.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, efficiency, and quality focus.
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other related computer programs.
  • Experience with Canva.
  • Experience with video editing, such as Camtasia.
  • Experience with Articulate and Rise 360.

Responsibilities

  • Daily management and support for the organization, design, and maintenance of Unleashed Brands and brand-specific LMS sites; ensuring eLearning content is intuitive and engaging.
  • Partner with brand teams to review, edit, and update training manuals, onboarding materials, and job aids.
  • Monitor learner progress and provide reports to Senior Director of Learning & Development.
  • Maintain organized documentation of all training updates and version control.
  • Assist with the delivery of training programs in both live and virtual formats, including New Franchisee Training.
  • Coordinate logistics for training events, webinars, and workshops for brands.
  • Support the Senior Director of Learning & Development in building e-learning modules, video content, and workbooks.
  • Provide direct feedback from franchisees and learners to inform content improvements.
  • Ensure that safety training modules meet compliance standards and are consistently updated.
  • Partner with brand operations leaders to integrate safety best practices into training content.
  • Track completion and compliance of mandatory safety training for franchisees and their staff.
  • Work closely with brand leaders to identify training needs and prioritize updates.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, people team) to align training with broader business objectives.
  • Manage small-scale projects and timelines to ensure training deliverables are completed on time.
