About The Position

As the Manager of Learning and Development in Data Ventures Customer Success, you will design and deliver the experiences that shape how new and growing associates learn, connect, and become effective in their roles. You’ll own the content, the programs, and the facilitation that bring onboarding and ongoing development to life—building from scratch where needed, improving what already exists, and always raising the bar on quality. Being part of Enterprise Adoption means you’ll sit at the heart of a team that takes how people learn seriously. You’ll work across our US, Canadian, and Mexican markets, ensuring that every associate—regardless of where they sit—gets a consistent, high-quality learning experience that genuinely prepares them to do their job well.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, Communications, or a related field AND 2 years’ experience in learning and development, instructional design, corporate training, or a related area OR 4 years’ experience in learning and development, instructional design, corporate training, or a related area.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and delivering the new hire onboarding experience for associates across our US, Canada, and Mexico teams—building programs that don’t just orient people, but genuinely prepare them to contribute.
  • Owning our learning content library: creating new materials, maintaining what exists, and continuously improving quality and coverage as our products, platforms, and processes evolve.
  • Adapting and localizing learning programs for different markets— ensuring our Canadian and Mexican teams receive the same quality experience as our US teams, even when the context and needs differ.
