The Manager Labor Strategy role supports the execution of cross-brand labor strategies across Old Navy stores in North America, translating enterprise labor priorities into actionable plans, tools, and processes that drive productivity, profitability, and workforce stability. Reporting to the Director of Cross-Brand Labor Strategy, the Manager plays a key role in executing labor initiatives, maintaining planning accuracy, and continuously improving labor management practices across the fleet. Operating at the intersection of analytics, operations, and execution, this role builds and maintains labor models, supports planning and allocation processes, and applies data-driven insights to improve labor performance. The Manager plays a key role in supporting Workforce Management (WFM) strategy through translation of brand needs into scalable solutions that drive schedule excellence, productivity, compliance, and effective field change management. This role also leads the WFM Expert Program, partnering closely with the Head of Store, Head of Operations, and Head of Finance to incorporate field insights and strengthen adoption of tools and processes. Success in this role is demonstrated through accurate planning and forecasting, strong execution of labor initiatives, measurable improvements in productivity, and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
