In this role, you will be part of the Franchise Merchandise Planning team, responsible for bringing the financial strategy of the product vision to life for Franchisees globally. As Manager, Merchandise Planning, you will help drive franchisee seasonal investments to meet wholesale and margin budgets across all divisions by analyzing division/product performance for key accounts. The ideal candidate is passionate about using qualitative and quantitative skills in a corporate fashion retail environment, enjoys identifying global market nuances, and is curious, innovative, and focused on delivering an excellent customer experience while achieving financial targets. Strong analytical and storytelling skills, along with a collaborative mindset, are essential. This position is based in SF HQ and is part of the Gap Inc Franchise Product team, collaborating with Franchise Merchandising, Account Management, Product Operations, Store Experience, Marketing, and the Old Navy Omni Planning team.
