The primary responsibility of the Manager - Labor Planning & Analysis is to collaborate and partner with property leadership in the production of timely and astute reporting analysis, which leads to actionable results to drive better efficiency and overall company profitability. This position will also oversee compensation processes to include multiple incentive programs for various departments with the goal of creating efficiencies, increasing revenue, reducing expenses, or improving controls. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and The Venetian Resort’s policies, practices, and procedures.
