Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario (YWHO) is a network of 32 Integrated Youth Services (IYS) hub networks operating in 40 communities, providing youth aged 12-25 with walk-in access to youth-centered, community-based mental health and wellness services. YWHO collaborates with youth, family members, service providers, and partners through co-creation to improve service relevance, acceptability, and youth-friendliness. The hubs offer consistent core features while being locally led and adapted, providing access to evidence-based services including mental health care, substance use health services, primary care, education, employment, housing, peer support, family support, and care navigation in youth-friendly spaces. Outcomes are rigorously evaluated to focus on positive outcomes in wellness areas important to youth and their families. The Manager of Knowledge Mobilization & Workforce Development will oversee YWHO’s training and education activities and initiatives, providing strategic and operational oversight aligned with strategic directions and system change goals. This full-time, permanent role reports to the Director of Clinical Practice and Implementation. The Manager will manage staff, liaise with YWHO and CAMH colleagues, and engage with community leadership, service providers, and youth and family advisors to represent the program’s training and education efforts. This position will lead and support YWHO in achieving the goals, objectives, and deliverables of training, education, and community support initiatives.
