This position owns the end-to-end IT staffing function, partnering with the IT PMO, Procurement, HR/Talent Acquisition, and Finance to plan and fulfill contractor and FTE headcount needs. The role serves as the primary relationship owner for IT staffing vendors, including performance tracking, compliance oversight, and escalation management (especially around invoicing and payments). It also supports contractor and new-hire onboarding, reviews IT professional services SOWs with Procurement/Legal as needed, and acts as the application owner for SAP Fieldglass. Success in the role requires strong project/process leadership, experience managing large contractor populations and vendor governance, and solid IT financial management skills tied to resourcing, forecasting, and cost optimization.
