About The Position

As a Vendor Management Office (VMO) Relationship Manager, you will act as the primary strategic interface between Enterprise Technology & Security (ETS), internal stakeholders, and assigned technology vendors. You will drive vendor governance through structured performance management, including scorecards, QBRs, KPIs/SLAs, and action plans, while facilitating effective communication, escalation, and issue resolution. This role focuses on shifting vendor engagement away from transactional activity toward strategic oversight, continuous improvement, strong stakeholder experience, and measurable business outcomes while enforcing VMO standards and playbooks. We are seeking someone that brings experience managing technology vendors and stakeholder relationships in complex environment, along with a solid understanding of service delivery, performance metrics, and commercial constructs. We are also seeking an effective communicator and facilitator, comfortable leading governance forums and translating data into insights and actions. This position does not provide employment pursuant to the terms of a STEM OPT Training Plan.

Requirements
