The Manager IT Support Service is responsible for overseeing the IT support services for the Enterprise Corporate - Wake/GA Field Services department. This role involves researching and recommending hardware and software, liaising with managers to understand information needs, ensuring applications and infrastructure are current and available, and resolving technology problems and service requests according to service level objectives. The manager will communicate technology changes and outages, interact with site/region executives and leaders, and ensure local technology and infrastructure meet uptime targets. This role also includes investigating and applying system updates/patches, performing human resources responsibilities for staff, and developing and managing operating and capital budgets. The manager must adhere to the organization's Code of Ethical Conduct.
