As Manager, IT Solutions Delivery – Underwriting, you will play a key role in accelerating the transformation of critical systems in a context that combines legacy systems, modernization, and artificial intelligence. Requirements

  • Demonstrates inspiring leadership, critical thinking, curiosity, creativity, and strong influencing skills
  • Has solid experience in DevOps, IT solution delivery, and Agile/Lean methodologies
  • Is capable of assessing technical quality (architecture, code, automation) and managing technological risks
  • Thrives in complex, evolving, and multidisciplinary environments
  • Has a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in managing technical teams
  • Advanced level of French required
  • Intermediate level of English required to communicate with external vendors and actively participate in committees with them on a regular basis

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience as a developer, technical lead, or architect
  • Certifications (SAFe, DevOps, AWS/Azure, ITIL)
  • Proficiency with tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Git, CI/CD, monitoring tools)

Responsibilities

  • Managing and mobilizing a multidisciplinary team (employees and external partners) to ensure optimal IT delivery performance
  • Planning, prioritizing, and balancing workload in collaboration with stakeholders (RTE, project managers, leaders)
  • Being accountable for IT solution delivery, service quality, and the operational performance of teams
  • Driving development teams toward future-ready practices by accelerating the integration of AI and automation at the core of processes
  • Leading the adoption of DevOps practices (CI/CD, automation, observability) and continuously improving delivery processes
  • Establishing and monitoring performance indicators (e.g., DORA metrics) to optimize efficiency and identify pain points
  • Ensuring the management of critical incidents, escalations, and post-mortems to improve system reliability
  • Aligning priorities, strategies, and practices with various IT teams and business partners
  • Contributing to system modernization and the management of technical debt within IT assets
