About The Position

The Delivery Manager is a high-impact leadership role responsible for the end-to-end execution of strategic infrastructure initiatives and security deliverables across North America. Acting as a master orchestrator, you will bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and business objectives, ensuring that technology deployments are seamless, efficient, and highly reliable. This role demands a "rapid iteration" mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment where continuous improvement is the standard.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT Related Field or related field OR equivalent years of experience. Equivalent years of experience are defined as one year of applicable professional experience for each year of college requested.
  • Minimum of 4–6 years of professional experience as a Delivery Manager or in a closely related technical leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex infrastructure and security projects from initiation to completion.
  • Demonstrated history of achieving measurable results and driving organizational growth through strategic initiatives.
  • Experience working within various project management methodologies, specifically Agile and Waterfall.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud productivity and project management tools, including Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail) and Jira.
  • Practical experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple concurrent demands in high-pressure environments.
  • Experience in a "rapid iteration" or iterative development landscape, navigating organizational complexities and ambiguity.
  • Deep understanding of project lifecycles, release management, and ITIL governance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in interpreting complex data sets to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Advanced working knowledge of IT infrastructure, platform enhancements, and cloud hosting landscapes.
  • Strong coordination skills with a sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage scope, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Ability to anticipate future challenges, stay ahead of industry trends, and develop long-term delivery strategies.
  • A proactive approach to leading organizational change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional ability to empower others, resolve conflicts, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups without formal authority.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute long-term delivery strategies for North American infrastructure, aligning technical milestones with core business objectives and senior leadership's vision.
  • Lead the full lifecycle of strategic projects, ensuring all deliverables meet rigorous scope, budget, and quality standards while maintaining optimal resource utilization.
  • Leverage operational data and external best practices to streamline workflows, identify innovation opportunities, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Establish robust program management frameworks using Jira to track progress, manage templates, and provide transparent reporting on critical initiatives.
  • Proactively identify delivery bottlenecks and security risks, performing root cause analysis to implement creative solutions and contingency plans.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Architecture, App Dev, Finance, and the ePMO to synchronize infrastructure requirements with non-infrastructure business goals.
  • Partner closely with Financial Business Partners to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and cost control across the infrastructure landscape.
  • Lead and participate in PI (Program Increment) planning sessions to align platform requirements across various teams and ensure seamless release lifecycles.
  • Direct cross-functional teams by providing guidance and mentorship, fostering a high-performance environment rooted in collaboration and accountability.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for internal clients and global partners, managing an effective meeting cadence to resolve issues and maintain strong organizational relationships.
