About The Position

The Manager, Investor Relations will support all facets of the Investor Relations team and serve as a key contributor. The role includes significant exposure to senior management while preparing for external engagements. The position supports shareholder engagement and monitoring, financial and data analysis, earnings and presentation preparation, and external conferences and meetings. It also contributes to the earnings process and collaborates with Strategy, Business Units, Finance, Communications, and Legal.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in investor relations, finance, FP&A, equity research, investment banking, and/or corporate development.

• Highly motivated, collaborative, and proactive in responding to management’s needs.
• Finance degree or MBA, with sell-side research or buy-side experience.
• Knowledge of Carrier Business Units.
• Expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to manage competing demands.

Responsibilities

• Support shareholder engagement and monitoring.
