We're looking for a strategic and collaborative Manager, Internal Communications, to help shape how employees connect with LifeLabs' purpose, priorities, and culture. This is a hybrid role based in Toronto, where you'll lead the development and execution of integrated internal communication strategies that strengthen employee engagement, support business priorities, and foster a connected and informed workforce. In this role, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution across the full communications lifecycle- from developing communication strategies and creating compelling content to supporting leaders, evolving communication channels, and using insights to continuously improve how messages reach and resonate with employees across the organization.
