About The Position

Manages a team of user acceptance testing professionals, ensuring that all delivery and testing solutions or procedures are consistent with business expectations. They will be accountable for providing business and User Acceptance Testing expertise and guidance to ensure that new product introductions and design changes to products and processes meet customer, business, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience. Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
  • Experience with test case creation and execution, along with test automation

  • Brings a minimum of two years of direct supervisory experience (strongly preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Manages a team of User Acceptance Testers
  • Collaborates with other leaders to ensure delivery and results meet business needs
  • Provides oversight and guidance for testing best practices, tools, procedures, and test automation
  • Develops standards and SLAs for various testing processes
  • Provides review and sign-off on testing results prior to production deployments
  • Prepare reports and/or necessary testing documentation and results and presents it to applicable internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage hiring and training of new and existing staff, conducts performance review, provide leadership, and technical and testing guidance and coaching
  • Clearly communicate business need and testing results to technical and business stakeholders
  • Participate and lead discussions related to root cause and resolutions for various business problems
  • Build and maintain best-in-class testing practice with the ability to scale
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards
  • Demonstrates understanding of Care Management processes
  • Possesses experience with TruCare Classic and TruCare Cloud (minimum one year each preferred)
  • Leverages Care Central experience, where applicable
  • Applies process improvement and quality/system testing methodologies
  • Manages large teams through complex, high‑profile, cross‑functional initiatives
  • Supports or participates in system migrations and implementations
  • Utilizes program and project management methods, tools, and dashboards
  • Participates in occasional travel, as required
  • Supports occasional weekend and evening work, as needed
