About The Position

The MUSC Health Integration Management Office (IMO) is a multifaceted team focused on achieving organizational success through system alignment, integration management, and advanced project management approaches. With an enterprise-wide impact, the IMO collaborates with leaders and teams across MUSC Health to plan and execute strategic and operational initiatives, with a particular focus on acquisitions and governance processes. Our team combines deep organizational knowledge with effective solutions to successfully integrate new entities, streamline governance structures, and ensure alignment across the health system, driving long-term success and operational efficiency. MUSC Health is seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager, Integration Management Office to join our System Integration Management Office (IMO). This role is critical in driving the successful integration of acquired entities and system-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment with MUSC Health’s strategic priorities and operational excellence. The Manager, Integration Management Office will oversee the execution of major acquisitions, partnerships, and integration efforts across the health system, working closely with executive leadership, business units, and functional areas to ensure smooth transitions, optimization of processes, and achievement of organizational goals. Additionally, the Manager will be responsible for identifying and implementing best practices in acquisition and integration, while developing an internal Center of Excellence to support leaders in optimizing outcomes for strategic transactions. This Center of Excellence will provide guidance, tools, and resources to streamline integration efforts and ensure consistent, high-impact results across the organization. This leader will be responsible for managing a team to successfully integrate governance processes, align strategic priorities, and drive system-wide alignment. Working closely with health system executive leadership, this role will ensure that key decisions are effectively captured and documented across executive committees. The leader will partner with stakeholders to drive accountability, ensuring continuity throughout the established governance processes, while also ensuring adherence to the established governance and reporting structure to maintain consistency and transparency in decision-making and execution.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree
  • 5-7 years of work experience
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent
  • 8-10 years of work experience
