Trumid is a dynamic fintech revolutionizing the landscape of fixed income trading. With intelligent, easy-to-use, electronic solutions, we are rapidly growing and seeking exceptional talent to help redefine the boundaries of technology and finance. Founded in 2014 by a team of fixed income market experts, Trumid has quickly become one of the top three corporate bond e-trading platforms in the U.S. Today, over 1,300 traders from an extensive and expanding client network of 890+ buy-and sell-side institutions transact on Trumid monthly. With a rich history of innovation and a unique ability to innovate at scale, we collaborate closely with our clients, iterating quickly toward optimal solutions. With market share and client engagement at all-time highs and our pace of product development faster than ever, this is an exciting and transformative time at Trumid. Our business model thrives on participation, and so does our company culture. We rely on every team member's contribution to help us accomplish our goals. To succeed at Trumid, you must be curious, passionate about your craft, ambitious, collaborative, and driven. The Integration Product team owns how customers and strategic partners connect to our platform — the data feeds, order flows, and trade messaging that link external systems to ours. We build and maintain that connectivity directly, and we partner with every trading protocol team on the integration side of their work. This role's mandate is simple: keep teams aligned, unblocked, and moving. In practice, that means fielding the steady stream of inbound from across the org, representing Integration Product in the internal meetings and conversations where we need a seat at the table, and partnering with the Product Owner on the spec and decision work that keeps delivery moving. You'll be the first-line filter for internal stakeholder questions, the person who knows where product initiatives stand across our workstreams, and help make sure nothing falls between the cracks when feature delivery work touches multiple teams. Documentation and Jira hygiene are part of the role, but AI handles a growing share of that work. The real value of this hire is in communication, coordination, judgment, and the ability to walk into an ambiguous situation and walk out with a plan. This role reports to the Head of Integration Product and is aligned with U.S. trading hours, with typical business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET. The position is based in our New York City office and follows a hybrid work schedule, with employees expected to work onsite several days per week to support collaboration with clients, trading partners, and cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, and Technology.
