About The Position

The Manager, Integrated Supply has a leadership role on the commercial operations planning team, which is responsible for supply, transportation, distribution, and production planning. This position is based in Hollywood or Tampa and works Monday through Friday, with occasional nights and weekends.

The role leads transportation and logistics planning and operations, collaborating with procurement, logistics, operations, suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to optimize supply chain processes, meet customer demand, control costs, and drive continuous improvement. It also provides guidance and mentorship to transportation and logistics professionals and uses analytics to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of progressive responsibility in transportation and logistics management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of transportation operations, logistics processes, and supply chain management principles.
• Familiarity with transportation industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
• Ability to perform data analysis and reporting, analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, and other relevant technologies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate collaboration with procurement, logistics, operations, and suppliers to optimize supply chain processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement transportation and logistics operations plans to ensure efficient movement of goods, reduce costs, and meet customer demand.
• Oversee transportation operations, including carrier selection, rate negotiations, and performance monitoring of common, dedicated, and internal carriers.
• Ensure timely delivery and optimize transportation costs by evaluating transportation modes.
• Use data analytics tools and systems to generate insights, assess key performance indicators, and report on transportation performance; identify trends and improvement areas.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to transportation and logistics professionals, fostering a collaborative, results-oriented team environment.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, carriers, and transportation service providers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues, identify opportunities, and ensure smooth transportation operations.
