Echoing Green has supported emerging social innovators for 40 years. Through its Fellowship and other programs, it invests in leaders with bold ideas, provides funding and resources, and builds a community that supports their long-term work and impact. The Development team builds and sustains relationships with funders. Reporting to the Director, Institutional Giving, the Manager owns an assigned portfolio of foundation, family foundation, and corporate partners and helps coordinate the systems, deadlines, information, and communications that support the broader Institutional Giving program. This role combines funder relationship management, grant writing and reporting, project management, research, and cross-team coordination. The Manager will work closely with colleagues across Development, Programs, Finance, Communications, and leadership, as well as with external partners. The Manager is expected to exercise judgment, communicate clearly about priorities and risks, and create coordination practices that make responsibilities, decisions, and next steps visible to the people involved.
