New York Common Pantry (NYCP) is seeking an Individual Giving Manager to join their Development team. NYCP is one of the city’s largest hunger relief organizations, providing food assistance, case management services, senior food provision, nutrition education, and hygiene services. They are a dynamic, mission-driven organization experiencing rapid growth and expansion. NYCP is a poverty-fighting organization that reduces hunger and promotes dignity, health, and self-sufficiency by using a holistic approach. Last year, they assisted over 764,000 visitors, served over 11.7 million meals, and accessed $10.7 million in public benefits resources for their guests. Through an array of programs that they offer, they look to establish long-term stability for those they serve. The Individual Giving Manager is a vital frontline fundraising role responsible for managing a donor portfolio of individuals giving at the $1,000 - $9,999 level. Working in collaboration with the Managing Director of Development, the Individual Giving Manager will identify and move donors from the annual fund to the mid-level pipeline with a focus on retaining, reactivating, and upgrading donors at the mid-level.
