About The Position

The Inside Sales Team Manager will lead the Central Inside Sales Ruckus Team, focusing on developing talent, launching careers, and driving business growth. This role involves working closely with RUCKUS Inside Sales Account Managers to identify goals, position RUCKUS solutions for new business through various partners (Channel Distributors, Installation Business Partners, Consultants, Engineers, and Integrators) via telephone sales and in-field visits. The manager will be responsible for the entire department lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, strategic talent development, and proactive deployment of talent to other departments. The position requires building and leading a dynamic team of 10+ individuals, encouraging their progression into field or corporate roles, with a strong emphasis on achieving substantial revenue generation and outstanding performance. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a strong physical presence in the office, active mentoring, and involvement in daily operations. The manager will also be an agent of change, modifying and improving processes based on evidence and adapting techniques for optimal results.

Requirements

  • A completed bachelor’s degree with significant and validated experience in building and maintaining outstanding inside sales or other high-performance teams.
  • Proven success in using CRMs to drive sales and efficiency.
  • B2B outward-bound sales environment experience.
  • Demonstrable evidence of sourcing, hiring, and onboarding new talent with shown success in not only achieving results but exceeding them.
  • Strong background in building relationships with account management and other sales teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a consistent track record of interpreting and presenting sophisticated concepts.
  • Consistent record in the use of Microsoft Office, to deliver professional-client communications including Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and internet/phone presentations.
