We are hiring a dynamic and self-starter Inside Sales Team Manager to lead our Central Inside Sales Ruckus Team. The ideal candidate will be based in Charlotte, NC. Working closely with the RUCKUS Inside Sales Account Managers to identify goals that will grow RUCKUS’s business and position RUCKUS’s solutions for new business to end users through our Ecosystem of partners including Channel Distributors, Installation Business Partners, Consultants, Engineers, and Integrators through telephone sales and scheduled in-field visits. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of crafting a high-performance department lifecycle. Your responsibilities cover effective recruitment, swift onboarding, and the strategic development of premier talent. But it doesn't end there – anticipate proactively deploying your best to other departments, and engaging in an ongoing cycle of refinement. Take charge of building and leading a dynamic inside sales team of 10+, intentionally encouraging individuals for progression into field or corporate roles.
