About The Position

The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization’s technology infrastructure, ensuring systems operate efficiently, securely, and align with business objectives. This role manages IT staff, coordinates projects, and supports both strategic planning and day-to-day operations of IT systems.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong knowledge of networking, systems administration, and cybersecurity principles
Experience managing IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and business applications
Proven project management and organizational skills
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the IT team, including hiring, training, and performance management
Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including networks, servers, systems, and help desk support
Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices
Ensure data security, system integrity, and compliance with industry standards
Manage IT projects from planning through execution (system upgrades, new implementations, etc.)
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to support IT needs
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
Develop and manage the IT budget, including cost control and forecasting
Partner with leadership to align technology solutions with business goals
Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
