Requirements

• Passionate about building a scalable creator engine that turns content into measurable business results — driving traffic, conversion, and product sell-through
• Strong analytical mindset with a bias toward testing and optimization
• Deep understanding of platform dynamics across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging creator channels
• Resourceful and collaborative
• Proven ability to scale content and creator programs in a fast-moving, always-on environment

Responsibilities

• Building and scaling a creator ecosystem of micro-creators, brand fans, and store associates
• Launching always-on creator programs across TikTok, ShopMy, and other channels
• Identifying, amplifying, and scaling organic and viral content
• Developing repeatable, high-performing content formats focused on product storytelling
• Partnering with CRM, paid media, and e-commerce teams to optimize performance
• Implementing test-and-learn frameworks to continuously improve output
• Operating in a high-volume model with rapid iteration, focused on authentic, product-led content at scale
• Using data and performance insights to guide decision-making
