About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and career-driven Hotel Manager in Training to join our hospitality leadership development program. This role offers a structured 6-month rotational experience through both Rooms Division and Food & Beverage operations, providing hands-on exposure to hotel management, guest service excellence, and daily operations.
Requirements
- 4-year College degree preferably in Business Administration or Hospitality and Tourism Management
- A strong interest in building a long-term career in hospitality management
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Time management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage and lead each discipline of the department independently.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
- Read, write and speak English fluently.
- Computer experience required.
