This position is for a Manager in Training role. The minimum qualifications for a Store Manager are a High School diploma or GED preferred, and experience in retail sales is preferred. The role requires the ability to perform essential duties, responsibilities, and work in the conditions described. This includes supervising and training employees on equipment, tools, and materials, as well as managing functions outlined in the CSR and ASM job descriptions. Proficiency in computer use for tasks such as report analysis, inventory control, and cash control is necessary, or the ability to acquire these skills. A valid driver's license and adequate transportation are required for meetings. The ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, is essential. Other duties may be assigned by a supervisor.
