About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and career-driven Hotel Manager in Training to join our hospitality leadership development program. This role offers a structured 6-month rotational experience through both Rooms Division and Food & Beverage operations, providing hands-on exposure to hotel management, guest service excellence, and daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to develop into future hotel leaders.

Requirements

  • 4-year College degree preferably in Business Administration or Hospitality and Tourism Management
  • A strong interest in building a long-term career in hospitality management
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Time management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage and lead each discipline of the department independently
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees
  • Read, write and speak English fluently
  • Computer experience required

Responsibilities
