This role involves delivering an outstanding customer experience from start to finish, building trust and long-term relationships with customers, listening to customer concerns and clearly explaining repair recommendations, and driving sales opportunities while always putting customer needs first. You will also help lead daily shop operations and keep workflow moving efficiently, motivate, coach, and support team members to achieve goals, lead by example and help create a positive, high-energy culture, and work closely with technicians and staff to maximize productivity and profitability. Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention is also a key part of this role.
