About The Position
Johnny Allen Tennis is seeking enthusiastic and passionate pickleball coaches to join one of Southern California’s largest and fastest-growing tennis and pickleball academies. The role involves leading group classes and supporting the development of junior and adult players. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching and competitive play.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of coaching experience
- Passion for pickleball and a strong commitment to player development
- Energetic, outgoing personality with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Must pass Live Scan fingerprinting and/or background check clearance
- Located within driving distance of the class location (no out-of-state or international applicants)
Nice To Haves
- RSPA, PPR, USAP, IPTPA, or PCI pickleball certifications
Responsibilities
- Lead group classes
- Support the development of junior and adult players
