About The Position

The Milk Shake Factory is a growing, family-owned and operated dessert shop with 9 locations in the Pittsburgh Area. We are looking for General Managers who are looking for more and are interested in growing into Multi-Unit Managers. Requirements

• Leadership experience (Leaders, not bosses).
• Experience and pride in owning an entire operation with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Ardent desire and ability to grow into a Multi-Unit Manager.
• Excellent communication skills, both down to your team and up through our corporate support team.
• Mentorship capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate your store and lead your team with autonomy.
• Mentor team members and foster a positive work environment.
• Contribute thoughtful feedback to the corporate support team.
• Manage all aspects of store operations with an entrepreneurial spirit.
