About The Position

This program is designed for comprehensive training and includes self-study modules, on-the-job shadowing, mentorship, and continuing education, encompassing all aspects of managing a local propane business. This includes safety, profit and loss management, product distribution, sales, customer service activities, and supervision of staff. The program is designed to provide you with all of the leadership skills needed to build a successful career in management at Suburban Propane. No propane experience? Don’t worry, we will train you.

• Must be flexible in ability to relocate to one of our locations in Indiana or Ohio for promotional opportunities.
